Tune in: Monday 8.30PM from 7 September

Sumo

32, Senior Art Director
BND Advertising

Sumo once tried to start a t-shirt label but it was too much hard work. In advertising you think of a funny little idea that’s onbrand, go to a shoot in a foreign country and bang a stewardess. And a production chick. And you get paid a shit-load to do it.

Sumo is the new black. Or at least he’s the new Martin. A mentor once told him “Once you lose your integrity the rest is easy” which has helped his advertising career immeasurably. He wants awards, he wants women, he wants Martin’s job. And he’s got the tools to do it.

With his talent and good looks he’s both an aid and a constant threat to Martin. He also acts as the voice of gleeful amorality for the industry. He‘s slept with all the available attractive women at BND, all the unavailable attractive women at BND, and made some ads along the way.

Sumo is played by Gyton Grantley.

    are pony-tailed, coke-sniffing wankers.
I have never had a pony tail.”
